Toffee has been diagnosed with Progressive Retinal Atrophy. This is a disease the progresses slowly, but will eventually leave her blind. If she gets into a permanent home and learns the layout of the house and yard, she should do well. Her foster mom has had 2 other blind dogs and says they are very easy to care for and adapt well. Dogs have very strong senses, so their other senses compensate for their lack of sight.
