My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Stella and I’m a beautiful black and brown Collie-Hound mix pup, 4 to 6 months old. I was rescued, along with my mom (Flora) and sister (Lisa), from a county facility on the day our time would have run out, if you get my drift. Now we’re enjoying the good life at this great Edisto Island shelter with lots of good food, veterinary care and volunteers who give us all the love and attention we need to become loyal family pets. I’m very outgoing and love to snuggle with volunteers and play with my sister and all the other rescues. They say I’m very sweet and are teaching me to walk on leash along with basic commands. I weigh 20 lbs. and am up to date on all shots and spayed. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I look forward to meeting you.
