Melanie is a rescue from Missouri. She is approx. 3 years old and has spent most of her life in a shelter. She is looking for her forever home here in the great NW.
Melanie's foster mom says she is super sweet and wants to be a lap dog. She loves to cuddle and gives very gentle kisses.
Being a Cattle dog mix she showed some herding instincts. She will need a home with a fenced yard.

Her Adoption fee is $175.00 which included up to date shots, spay, Micro-chip.
You can request an application from adoptions@nwkare.org. Once your application is approved we will set up a meet and greet for you.

We do not adopt out of the Western WA area.

About Kitsap Animal Rescue & Education (KARE)

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a local, non-profit organization based out of Kitsap County that rescues at-risk pets and educates people for the sake of their pets.
Our goal is to educate people on understanding and learning how to communicate with their pets in hopes of reducing the number of homeless pets.
KARE rescues adoptable dogs and cats that may not thrive in the shelter environment and simply need a good home and a little training and TLC to make them great pets.
