This dainty darling came to Lovebugs Rescue very frail and thin. It was obvious Foxy had been on her own most of her short life. Foxy is a shy gal, but warms up to people quickly. She enjoys the company of other dogs and is learning to live the life of a pampered pooch with meals she can count on.

Foxy is a 1 year old, 7 lb red and white Chihuahua mix. She is a very sweet docile girl that will make a great addition to a family on the quiet side.

Foxy's adoption fee is $150 and includes her spay, registered microchip, vaccines up to date and deworming. Please complete our adoption application at www.lovebugsrescue.org if you'd like to meet Foxy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Foxy, a Irvine Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Irvine, or seeking a Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Irvine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Irvine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Irvine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Irvine paves the way for another one to be saved.
