Facts about Daisy

  • Breed: Calico
  • Color: Calico Or Dilute Calico
  • Age: Kitten
  • Sex: Female
  • ID#: Daisy
  • Hair: Short
DAISY is the perfect mix of playful and affectionate. This girl purrs immediately upon contact and likes to hang out where ever her human is... and will follow you from room to room. When Daisy plays, it's with complete abandon... especially if you get her in a cardboard box... seriously, you'll never need to buy her another toy if she has a box! Okay, she also loves her little mousey and carries it with her from room-to-room. Looking for a Lap Cat, Cuddle Buddy? Daisy's your girl!! Her coat is soft and shiny and her markings are adorable! We LOVE the golden brown smudges around her mouth. Daisy may take a few days to warm up to a new environment or another cat. But once she settles in and feels safe, you'll forget she was ever a Miss Cranky-Pants, to begin with! Meet Daisy and fall in L-O-V-E ! ! !

About 2TheResQ

About Our Shelter...

We are a small rescue located in the San Fernando Valley focusing, primarily, on cats and kittens. We rescue most of the animals through trapping in our local communities, some times even chasing down strays, or pulling from our City and County shelters. Our adoptable pets live with us in our home or in foster homes. Fosters are always needed. Please consider becoming one today?

You can meet the animals & adopters on Face book by going to "Save The Leadwell Kitties" (which is a public page). There you will find rescues in progress and update photos and videos. Feel free to browse through the many albums. I believe in full disclosure & rely on the support of volunteers, donors, and like-minded, rescuers. We also partner with other 501C3 Non profit rescues.

Additionally, we support and practice TNR (Trap, Nueter, Release) of community cats although one of our main missions is to find the adoptable ones, good, loving homes.

One person really CAN make a difference. Join us there & find out!

All our adoptable pets are featured on I also create fun & entertaining videos on each animals, host them on YouTube & post ads on Craigslist; under the Pets section.

It's important to educate the public on responsible pet ownership, the importance of spaying/neutering, fostering, & adopting. I also enjoy teaching others how to humanely trap stray & feral cats.

Our Adoption Process...

An adoption application, signed agreement, home check, & $125. adoption fee apply. The adoption fee typically covers FVRCP vaccine, Rabies vaccine (if the cat is old enough), de-worming, flea treatment (Revolution), combo test (FIV/FeLV), micro-chipping and sterilization.
