Hello People,
I’m Cody, a handsome, (dashing, according to my Aunties) adorable, happy and tail-wagging little Bichon boy of about two. My foster mom says that I’m an affectionate, playful and smart- a little guy who is in love with life and everything it has to offer.
I’m grateful to be in a loving home and show my appreciation every day! You see things were not always this good. Before I was a furkid, I had this thing called an accident and I hurt my leg. The vets called it a fracture, but I was a very lucky pup indeed because all I needed was love and a quiet place to heal. My foster Mom and Dad did a great job doing just that, and now I am as good as new and ready for action.
So now I can be a pretty active guy once again! I love to romp and play. If it’s with other pups OR kids, that makes my day. And if it’s dogs AND kids, well nothing could be better! I’m always ready for a game of fetch (and I’m quite good at it if I do say so myself!) Dad says I’d be a great family dog since I love all people (and dogs!)
One thing that both Mom and Dad can agree on is that I’m a champion kisser and cuddler. Mom is teaching me commands (like ‘sit’) and says I really want to please so I’m a quick learner. She says there are lots of other things I can learn too…. Do you want to teach me? I’ll be the very best student you’ll ever meet! I’m working very hard on my housebreaking and now that I’m all better and have just about mastered that, too!
I’m a great walker who can happily go for walks of a mile. And riding in the car to visit someone or run errands is great fun! Whee!
While I love to play with other furkids, I can also play well by myself. I’m quite content to sit quietly on the couch next to you, happy to accept as many belly rubs as you want to give me and relax with my people.
