Jeff is a beautiful boy in appearance and personality. He loves to be with people and enjoys playing with other dogs. He walks well on a leash and likes to ride in a car. We are guessing on his breed due to him being a stray that was picked up by Animal Control. He is up to date on vaccines for his age. Most important, Jeff is micro-chipped so he will never be lost again. Jeff is learning some simple commands. Jeff cannot be seen at our Head Quarters as he is in a foster home. Jeff cannot be adopted by any person who is not a resident of the county or city where the releasing agency is operated, or of an adjacent political subdivision, unless the dog is first sterilized according to the VA State Animal Code § 3.2-6549,D.4.
