Hi! My name is Cheezmo. I am super, super cute! I am a fluffy male kitten who was born June 18, 2016. I am gray and white with this fabulous gray spot by my nose. I have a ton of personality! I am very playful and fun. I enjoy playing with my siblings and with kitty toys. I am the leader of the litter. I am usually the first to explore something new or to go through the open door or to greet a visitor. I love other kitties. I like to nap with them and groom them, play with them and just be together. I love companionship. I am Mr. Social Butterfly. I'm friendly and loving, too. From noon to 4 p.m. on the fourth Sunday each month, come meet adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens (as available - not all adoptable animals will be at every event). Event dates for 2016: August 28, September 25, October 23, November 27 and December 18.
Saturday, September 3: Adoption Event at Petco, 29335 Orchard Lake Rd, Farmington Hills (just south of 13 Mile Rd). From noon to 4 p.m., come meet adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens (as available - not all adoptable animals will be at every event). Adoption event dates for 2016: September 3, September 17, October 1, October 15, November 5, November 19, December 3 and December 17.
Adoption Process: Complete the application at
www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
