Oh my gosh could Beazley (called Beez for short) be any cuter? This pretty girl is 12 years old, a purebred Rat Terrier and just the nicest girl you could meet. Miss Beez was surrendered to a shelter in Idaho when her owner could no longer care for her; a shelter is no place for a lady so she came to stay in a Fuzzy Pawz Rescue foster home.
Beez is just an all around GREAT dog. She loves people and likes to spend her time with them. She is very aware of what her humans are doing at any given moment, but she is not under your feet all the time. She loves to get on the couch with you and is very polite about it, waiting to be invited to jump up. She likes to snuggle herself under a small blanket when on the couch and if the blanket is on your lap even better! She sleeps in bed at night with her foster family and the other 2 dogs and of course she snuggles right in and under the covers. If you don’t want her sleeping with you she is fine in her crate or going to her blanket on the couch to sleep as well.
This girl is awesome on leash; she walks right beside you all the time... leash off or on and she has great recall. She is totally house trained, knows the basics and is the perfect roommate. Beez rides great in the car and is very calm. She loves to please and is still open to learning new things.
Beez is good with other small dogs and could not care less about cats.
She is a great companion and will do great in almost any environment; a home where her people will take her places would be great as she likes to “go”. She does well with small kids; however due to her size and bone structure we require no kids under 10 live in the home.
Don’t let Beez’s age scare you – she is a healthy girl with no issues. She has been well cared for her entire life and can easily live to be 18 or older!

Beazley is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She also recently had a dental and had to have all her teeth pulled (she does eat dry kibble fine)
