My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Penelope is on of five innocent lives saved thanks to a small handful of volunteers. From backyard breeder and living in deplorable conditions (wire chicken coop above the ground) to getting a good bill of health from the vet and now being able to touch dirt and grass and receiving as many kisses and hugs as they want.

No loving creature deserves to live without the loving hands of human contact. 2nd Chance is now working on social skills with these beautiful souls, getting the needed medical treatment, baths & scheduling alterations - Scheduled for 9/15/16.
