Here's what the humans have to say about me:
JAKE HAS BEEN ADOPTED!Meet Jake, an extremely handsome, gentle and mellow 4.5 year old male German Shepherd mix, possibly with Anatolian Shepherd. He tips the scales at 95 pounds, so he is a big boy. Jake was rescued from a shelter in Kentucky. His previous owners kept him mainly as an outside dog and one day, during a particularly bad storm, he was scratching furiously at the back door trying to enter his home and caused a bit of damage to the door. His previous owners were quite upset about it, so off to the pound he went :( Jake is now being loved and doted on in a foster home in Chicago. He's proven himself to be very well behaved and quiet in the home and gets along well with his canine foster brothers and sisters. He loves meeting new people and greets everyone with gentle kisses and tail wags. He also walks nicely on a leash and is crate trained and housebroken. The fellow is truly one of the nicest dogs we've ever had the pleasure of meeting and he will make one lucky household very happy. For more information or for an adoption application, please email palsplace1@hotmail.com
Jake's adoption fee is $275. He can be seen by appointment, once an approved application has been received.
•Jake's adoption donation is $275. This donation helps to cover his neuter, initial vaccines, initial worming and microchip. Pal's Place relies solely on donations to care for the pets in our care. Your donation also helps save other animals like Jake from euthanasia.
