Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Have you ever seen a more adorable underbite and handsome face? Well, you have now. Meet Cotton. This handsome boy has all the charm and personality to brighten the cloudiest of days. He looks forward to his playtime, then snuggling up beside you on the sofa or bed being happiest with constant touch. He loves his belly rubs, as well as all the hugs and kisses you have to offer him. Cotton thrives on getting attention. Be prepared to laugh at this playful sweetheart and constantly have a smile on your face. His unique smiles are contagious.
His foster Mom loves how intelligent he is and how house & crate training came naturally to Cotton. He has quickly learned to "sit" and doing well with "wait". He is also doing great with not pulling on his walks. Using a soft harness or lead tend to work best for this eager guy.
You would never know this boy had never been indoors or known companionship before his recent rescue. He never lost his spunky charisma and desire to show affection. Cotton has had no issues whatsoever being around cats. He simply wants to play, but the current snobby feline he lives with is just not up to his playfulness. He's not met a human yet that he hasn't been in love with, to include adults and children. He would be perfect being the only dog since he definitely has the "alpha dog" personality. However, with continued training and monitoring, socializing him into an already established canine "pack", he will continue to do well. He is doing great with the three other dogs he currently lives with. Its important to mention, in Cotton's previous life, agility training must have been his forte, because jumping low fences is a breeze for this athlete. He loves to be your shadow, staying close while you work or play in the yard, however, if left unsupervised for any period of time, proper fencing is a must.
If you're looking to receive just as much love as you have to offer, then this is your boy. He's sure to charm many, so fill out your application for Cotton today at www.snipsa.org!
