Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tula, about 4 yrs old and 6 lbs, is very timid at the moment, but is starting to come out of her shell. She is very sweet and thinks her foster dad is her savior. She bonds well when shown a lot of love and affection. She loves to go on walks, but does not know quite what to do. She has a problem eating in front of other dogs. She may have been bullied before and that may be the reason she is so skinny. She does eat if taken somewhere by herself where she feels safe. She cuddles with her foster parents at night, and wakes them up when she needs to go to the potty. She seems to be okay with going on pee pad or outside.
