My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Princess has a name that is so fitting of her personality. This 2 year old pit bull is such a sweet and gentle lady, we just can't say enough good things about her. She was found as a stray and the person that found her tried to keep her, but it didn't work out with their schedule. Princess gets along fine with other dogs and kids, and absolutely loves meeting new people. She is very friendly, mild-mannered and very loving and affectionate. Princess is very polite and well behaved as well, and she is just such a lady. When you go to see her, she will be the one laying peacefully on her bed, not barking or causing any ruckus. Unfortunately, an issue was found when Princess was spayed and some biopsies were taken. Our veterinarian discovered that Princess has food allergies that if left untreated, could cause inflammatory bowel disease. Her condition is kept under control with a prescription diet- Science Diet Z/D, and she will need to be on it indefinitely. Princess is definitely worth the extra effort though and will bring so much joy to your life if you give her a chance. File#26632 8/31/16
