Bobby's Story...
This handsome guy was very shy and scared when he came to us. While he's still a little shy at first with new people, he's a talkative boy who charms the girl cats in our adoption room with his adorable chirping. He loves to play with Q-tips and balls when he's not chilling out in our cat condo. Bobby is currently at the Nanuet PetSmart store. For more information or to meet Bobby, please email startkayne@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bobby, a Elmwood Park Russian Blue cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in Elmwood Park, or seeking a Russian Blue cat from a breeder in Elmwood Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Elmwood Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Elmwood Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Elmwood Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
