CeCe, about 1 ½ yrs old, is a shy little girl of about 6 - 7 lbs. She gets along with all the other dogs and loves her treats. She will now play with some of the other puppies. She is friendly but refuses to let people pick her up. When her foster dad does manage to catch her, she is not aggressive. She will let him hold her, but can't wait to get free. She always keeps track of her foster dad. When she doesn't see him, she will go find him, but will always stay at arm’s length. Cece has come a long way, but she needs lots of patience and love to make it the rest of the way.
