Facts about Cece

  • Breed: Chihuahua Mix
  • Color: Tan/Yellow/Fawn
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
  • Sex: Female
CeCe, about 1 ½ yrs old, is a shy little girl of about 6 - 7 lbs. She gets along with all the other dogs and loves her treats. She will now play with some of the other puppies. She is friendly but refuses to let people pick her up. When her foster dad does manage to catch her, she is not aggressive. She will let him hold her, but can't wait to get free. She always keeps track of her foster dad. When she doesn't see him, she will go find him, but will always stay at arm’s length. Cece has come a long way, but she needs lots of patience and love to make it the rest of the way. If you have room in your heart and your home for this little girl, please fill out an application found at and we will give you a call so you can meet her.

About Chihuahua Rescue of San Diego

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a rescue consisting of an all volunteer organization where all of our dogs are in private homes everyday. We do not have a shelter and our dogs are not kept in cages. Our dogs are from county animals shelters or from previous owners that are no longer able to care for their dog. All of our dogs are started on housebreaking, however, we do not guarantee that they will be housebroken. We offer education on how to housebreak a dog as well as other information on different situations. Every dog is spayed or neutered, current on shots, dewormed, frontline for fleas and ticks. Thank you for considering a rescue dog!!!

Come Meet Our Pets...

We often bring our dogs to the Chihuahua Meetups held at Capehart Park.

Our Adoption Process...

An application is required prior to visiting a dog.
This enables us to pick the dog we feel is best for your situation.
