Niles' Owner Never Returned to Pick Him Up From Boarding......

Niles is a 7 mos old male who was dropped off at a vet's office to board while owner looked for a pet friendly apartment. Well 3 long months later, he still waits. Sadly, his owner never returned and is now in desperate need of a forever home.
