Molly came in to our rescue very timid, probably because she spent most of her life living in a crate. She is learning socialization skills in her foster home. She loves to go on walks and does pretty good on a leash. She is great with other dogs and does okay with cats too. She is very happy just running around playing but is still timid if you try to pet her or pick her up. It needs to be on her terms. If she wants to be petted, she will come to you.
Molly would do best in a home with another dog companion. She may be a little too nervous to be in a home with small children. She is doing great with house training in her foster home. Her foster home is also working on basic obedience. Molly is a smart girl and learning quickly.
When Molly feels like laying on your lap or next to you, she loves to have her belly rubbed. She is very sweet and will continue to thrive in a loving home.
