Moushe's Story...
Are you looking for a sweet, lovely girl who loves to be petted and brushed? Then meet Moushe! Moushe is 9 years old and although she can be a bit shy at first, she is super friendly once she gets to know you. Moushe loves to strike up a conversation at any time and will chat with you as long as you chat back! Moushe is not particularly fond of other cats and would prefer to be the only cat in the house.

This poor girl had to be surrendered when her owner had to move in with her daughter, and unfortunately, couldn’t take Moushe with her. Moushe now deserves all the love and attention a new home and family can provide for her.

If you can provide Moushe with endless head and belly rubs, she will meow her approval and chat up a storm with you!

Moushe is spayed, microchipped and current on vaccinations.

If you would like to meet Moushe, please come visit her at Oakville PetSmart today. Or, fill out an online application: http://ninthlifecatrescue.org/adopt/adoption-application/

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Moushe, a Oakville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Oakville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Oakville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oakville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oakville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oakville paves the way for another one to be saved.
