Hello Everyone! My name is Squeegee and I have just arrived to New England and am ready to find my forever home. My foster mom says I am a huge love bug, I guess that's because I love to snuggle and give kisses. I also am very friendly and meet everyone with a huge smile and wag my tail constantly with excitement. I am currently being fostered with three dogs ranging in sizes 30 to 100 pounds and I absolutely love them. We play together all the time and I wouldn't mind a forever home with a friendly canine sibling, if possible but not a deal breaker. I have met the resident cats but they don't want I to play with me, they did something like cats rule and dogs drool.

I am currently working on my potty training and making progress but my new people should be patient with me because I am a private pup and do not always like to do my business in front of people, a girl likes her privacy. I am also being crate trained and I think I am doing very well. I am also working on my leash manners which I have to toot my own horn and say they are not so bad, but with all young pups it needs some room for improvement.

I can tell you that who ever adopts me is going to be very lucky! I am sweet, lovable, I love to snuggle a lot when I am not playing. Did I mention that I am moderate energy which means I love to play, go for walks so my new family should make sure they have time to commit to me. I can not wait to meet my forever family but until then I will continue on my training and have a blast with my foster family.

If you are interested in adopting Squeegee please email SLN2310@yahoo.com and request an application. Once your application has been received and reviewed, you will be contacted via email or phone by one of our volunteers. After your application is approved, the foster parent for the dog you have selected will contact you to answer any questions you may have and determine if that dog is a good match for your family.

If you have no particular dog in mind, we will be happy to keep your application on file and notify you if the right dog should come into rescue. Catahoula Rescue of New England is an all-volunteer group. Dogs in our program are fostered by volunteers. The foster homes care for our dogs as if they were their own. All dogs have received vaccinations appropriate to age and are spayed or neutered.

Squeegee's adoption donation is $400 which includes Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella, fecal test, heartworm test when appropriate and is on preventative, microchip, and neuter. We do not have a physical shelter, all of our dogs are fostered in individual foster homes across the New England and Canada.
