Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mazzo is a Canadian chihuahua who was having a hard time in a shelter- he was aggressive and was losing his hair, so we brought him into our foster homes. Since he's been under our care, he has be neutered, given a proper diet, and has started getting his hair back!
Mazzo is an energetic guy who would love to do nothing but play and go for walks. This guy plays and sleeps hard. He cries initially when he is crated, but will settle down after a bit. He is constantly on the go except when he's tired and then he snuggles up to whatever warm spot there is.
Mazzo would do fine in a house with another dog- he just wants to play! And he honestly couldn't care less about whatever cat is in the house.
Mazzo initially will try to push the limits, and so he would do best in a house with no young children. He backs down once he realizes you are the boss (like a true chihuahua). Mazzo is also a little wary of people he meets initially. He isn't agressive, but he does need a bit of space- so no forced cuddles until he has settled in!
If you are interested in adoption Mazzo, please put in an application at texaschihuahuarescue.com! His adoption fee is $450.00
