Prince (Neutered)'s Story...
"Prince" is a cute 4-month old male kitten who was surrendered to the HSOV on October 4,2016. "Prince" has a sleek black short smooth coat, a long tail (which seems much too long for his tiny body), and a darling kitten face with golden eyes, a black button nose, and large over-sized ears :) "Prince" is a happy, affectionate boy who is full of playful kitten antics. He is such a charmer that we probably should have named him 'Prince Charming' :) "Prince" was given vaccinations and wormer on October 4, 2015. He was neutered on October 5, 2016 and was also given rabies vaccine.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Prince (Neutered), a Marietta Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
