Keeba (Neutered)'s Story...
"Keeba" is a handsome 7-year old male Labrador Retriever mix who was surrendered by his owner on October 7, 2016. "Keeba" has a black short smooth coat, a long tail, and a darling face with long floppy ears and a dusting of white on his muzzle. His previous owner told us that "Keeba" is ok with dogs who are smaller in size than he is. Small/young children tend to make him nervous when they are jumping/running around him, so we'd suggest a home that he didn't have to share with young children. Keeba" is good with cats :) This good-looking guy weighs 46.4 lbs. "Keeba" was neutered on October 14, 2016 and was also given rabies vaccine.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Keeba (Neutered), a Marietta Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
