My basic info
Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We have a mosaic female chinchilla who’s looking for her new home. She came to the rescue just a bit ago, and is now ready to leave and go to a family of her own.
She was born around 5/25/2016, which makes her right around 4 months old. Her color is called mosaic, which is usually an overall white color. She is mostly white, with some light silver shading over much of her body, and has some darker shading on her head and on the base of her tail.
This girl is super sweet. She’s very curious and outgoing, and likes to come to the front of the cage. She’s relatively easy to scoop up, and when you’re handling her, she sits nicely in your arms and does well with being held and petted. She actually seems to enjoy being petted as she really does chill when you’re petting her. Very sweet girl, doesn’t bite.
She would make a great “first chinchilla” for someone who’s never had one before.
This chinchilla is currently caged alone. However, if you interested in pairing her up with your, or one of our, chinchillas, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
This chinchilla will come with some food to start you out (Tradition pellets), a goodie bag of chews/treats, and a printed out version of our care packet. She will also come with a lifetime of help and support, should you ever need it. If more supplies are needed, we also sell a variety of chinchilla supplies, from cages to hidey houses to hammocks and everything in between.
Regardless of past chinchilla experience, all potential homes will be asked to read our chinchilla care packet and fill out our adoption application/chinchilla questionnaire. If you are unwilling to do this, please do not waste our time or yours. No chinchilla will go to a new home without an adoption application being filled out - no exceptions.
