Welcome Kaylee to DREAM. We are excited to have her. Kaylee is ~5 years old, weighs ~16 lbs, & is just the sweetest & happiest little lark we would ever hope to host. She never meets a stranger, loves to romp & play in a big back yard, and is super eager to please. Kaylee is leash trained, crate trained, & house trained. She also knows how to use a doggie door.

If you are interested in adopting Kaylee, you can fill out an application right on our website! Go to dreamhappytails.org/adoptform.shtml . Kaylee 's adoption fee is $350. All adoption fees go directly to veterinary care for DREAM dachshunds. Kaylee will go to her new home microchipped, spayed, heartworm tested, and up to date on vaccinations. Most dogs' veterinary expenses are greater than our adoption fees.

DREAM is an all-volunteer rescue group, and we focus on the Atlanta, North Georgia and Savannah area. Because we are all volunteers, we can consider applications only within an hour of these areas. DREAM does not recommend purebred dachshunds for families with children under 5, or families planning to have children during the dog's lifetime. Dachshunds are often not patient with little kids, and kids can accidentally hurt a doxie's back.
