Savannah Seth Sierra Simon's Story...
These adorable 'quadruplets" arrived at the HSOV on October 6, 2016 after a Good Samaritan found them in the City of Marietta Ohio. The kittens were estimated to be 4-weeks old at that time. There are two females (Savannah and Sierra) and two males (Seth and Simon) and all are equally cute. They have black medium-haired coats with subtle tabby shading and silvery highlights throughout their coats, long tails, and adorable kitten faces. Their eyes are still blue nad have not changed color yet. These babies weighed just .8 lbs. when they were brought to our shelter. They are available for foster/rescue only at the present time because of their size/age. Rescue groups may contact our Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation and also provide combo testing without charge to rescues/fosters.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Savannah Seth Sierra Simon, a Marietta Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
