My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Let's play a game! What's round and sweet that you just can't get enough of? ANSWER: Me - Jellybean! I'm the sweetest girl around and I just happen to be slightly round myself. I'm a 3-year-old, spayed female, beautiful black-and-white shorthaired kitty cat in need of a home and someone to love for life. I am a fantastic lapcat. I love being petted and loved. I am also a professional napper. I can catnap and snooze like no one else. So you may have guessed it already, but I have a mellow, laid back, easy going personality. I'm a simple love bucket who thinks people are just awesome. I enjoy lounging in windows, being entertained by the blowing leaves, the dancing squirrels and the fluttering birds. I am super friendly with all people. I love attention and just can't get enough. In fact, I love cuddles and attention so much that I don't exactly like to share it with other kitties. I enjoy keeping my humans to myself and soaking up all the love. After all, I'm so awesome, why would they want to love anyone else? If you're looking for an amazing and affectionate girl, then look no further. I'm the cat for you! Adoption fee: $60. Adopt a pair: $90. Fee includes testing, deworming, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip and 60 days of free pet insurance.

Adoption Process: Complete the application at www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
