Cora's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Cora's Story...
Cora is a 2 year old Bassebull (Basset Hound/Pit X) weighing in at a mere 36#! She loves dogs and humans of all sizes, and though she has not been cat tested, her demeanor gives no indication there would be a problem co-existing with some kitties. She has mastered the art of cuddling and doesn't beg at the dinner table. Cora loves sitting in her foster momma's backyard and just staring up at the trees.. waiting for her squirrel friends to come play. She is incredibly submissive, but also loves to play once she has made friends with her new puppy-mates. She is medium energy, but is very good at exerting it outside and prefers to curl up on the couch when inside. Cora would be perfect for any home as she is great on a leash, house trained and crate trained.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cora, a Charlotte Basset Hound/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Basset Hound/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Basset Hound/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Basset Hound/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Basset Hound/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
