Bonnie & Clyde (Spay/Neuter)'s Story...
"Bonnie & Clyde" are cute 4-month old kittens who were brought to the HSOV on October 20, 2016 after they were found in the Little Hocking Ohio area. "Bonnie" has a black-and-white medium smooth coat, a long tail, and a sweet kitten face. She weighs 3 lbs. Her big brother "Clyde" is nearly her identical twin except for the markings on his face, and he has a distinct 'black beauty mark' beside his nose. "Clyde" weighs 3.6 lbs. These siblings are friendly but understandably a bit frightened in a cage by themselves in an unfamiliar place :( They are very bonded and snuggle up close to each other as a 'security blanket' for each other. We'd love for them to find a home together. "Bonnie & Clyde" will be available for adoption as soon as they are spayed/neutered. They are available for foster/rescue at any time. Rescue groups may contact our Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation and also provide combo testing without charge to rescues/fosters. UPDATE: "Bonnie & Clyde" were spayed/neutered on October 26, 2016, and they were also given rabies vaccine.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bonnie & Clyde (Spay/Neuter), a Marietta Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
