Hi guys, my name is Waffle! I am a very handsome boy with a soft, white coat and deep green eyes. No doubt about it, I am a looker. I was born May 1, 2016. I love to play and snuggle with my brothers Hudson and Bob, who are also up for adoption. I really love the companionship of other kitties and I hope to find a home where there is another friendly cat or two. Catnip mice and jingle balls are two of my favorite types of toys. Tons of fun right there! I am a little on the shy side, so I would do best in a quieter household without a lot of loud noises and chaos. Of course, I always use the litter box like a good boy. I am hoping someone out there will give me a chance and show me kindness and patience while I adjust to a new home and new people. Believe me, I'm worth it! Adoption fee: $60. Adopt a pair: $90. Fee includes testing, deworming, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip and 60 days of free pet insurance.

Saturday, February 4: Adoption Event at
Petco, 29335 Orchard Lake Rd, Farmington Hills (just south of 13 Mile Rd). From noon to 4 p.m., come meet adoptable cats and kittens on the 1st and 3rd Saturday each month (as available - not all adoptable animals will be at every event).
Adoption event dates for 2017: February 4, February 18, March 4, March 18, April 1, April 15, May 6, May 20, June 3, June 17, July 1, July 15, August 5, August 19, September 16, October 7, October 21, November 4, November 18, December 2 and December 16.
Adoption Process: Complete the application at
www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
