Lilly's Story...
Hi, my name is Lilly! My owner dropped my sisters and me off at the animal shelter. I am part boxer and not sure what else. Chewy's Hope saved me and I was placed with my Foster Mom who loves me very much. When they saved me I was very thin and not trusting of humans. My Foster Mom gave me love and patience and now I have blossomed into a happy puppy with a bubbly personality. I get along with other dogs and even cats. I love kids, young or older. I have been told I am extremely smart, because I learn tricks in just minutes! I would love to show you my neat tricks! I am also house trained and crate trained. I am eager to please people that love me and very thankful. I am looking for a family that may have another dog to play with and kids would be great too! Love, Lilly.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilly, a Boyd Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Boyd, or seeking a Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Boyd.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Boyd already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Boyd breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Boxer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Boyd paves the way for another one to be saved.
