Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Xena's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, and not good with dogs.

Xena's Story...
Xena is a gorgeous 4 year old Siberian Husky that would love to be your new best friend! She would do best in a home with no other dogs, as she's lived her entire life on a chain with little to no attention from people....but she still loves people!! She might be OK with male dogs that are submissive, but there's no way to know that til it's tested with your dog.

Please apply on our website if interested in Xena: www.shelterfriends.org

Xena's adoption fee is $150 and includes her spay, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Xena, a Newcastle Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Newcastle, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Newcastle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newcastle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newcastle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newcastle paves the way for another one to be saved.
