My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hogan was left in our yard after hours one night by a lady. He did his stray hold at Animal Control and no one came to get him. He is SEVERELY under weight and has chronic arthritis in his back. He will need a LOVING forever home that will give him the care he deserves. He will need Rimadyl medication the rest of his life to help alleviate that pain, and constant monitoring of his weight until he gains some to get back to a healthy weight. He can be cranky (growling) when people touch his back as that is where most pain is located. So we are saying no children - unless older and will follow his growling cues. He does well around other dogs - but an older not so playful dog would probably be best. We are not sure around cats, but his energy is low due to his health so most cats could get away
