Here's what the humans have to say about me:
LET ME SAY FIRST OFF, THIS IS THE SWEETEST, GENTLEST MOST LOVING DOG. I AM THE FOUNDER OF THE RESCUE AND I HAVE HAD OVER 1,000 DOGS LIVE WITH ME. THIS ONE IS A DREAM.
Friendly, sweet snuggle bug, Fifi, is a tiny chihuahua mix puppy. She is approximately 3 years old and 18 lbs. Fifi is such a sweet girl. She LOVES everyone.
she greets everyone that comes into my house with a wagging tail and a happy heart.
Her face is is beautiful and she doesn't have a mean bone in her body. We rescued Fifi from a shelter in Arkansas. She was heart worm positive, so we had her treated and now she is healthy and ready for her forever home.
If you are interested in giving Fifi a wonderful home, go to our Facebook page and download the application from the Notes section. While you are there, please Like our page to see our new available dogs and keep up with upcoming events.

You can also email us at merceranimalrescue@gmail.com and we will email an application to you.
Fifi''s adoption donation is $495 which helps to cover the shots, bordetella (kennel cough), vet examination, heart worm treatment and prevention, flea/tick prevention, certificate of health and transportation.
Fifi currently lives with a foster family just outside of Memphis,TN. She will travel to her new family by professional pet transport once she has been adopted. Transport to the northeast is every week. Transport to IL/WI is twice a month.
Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home
