My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Baxter is a bubbly ball of energy that would just love a great home of his own to grow up in. He's only about 9 months old, and this yellow lab came to us as a stray in need of some good meals and TLC. Baxter was severely malnourished when he arrived and showed signs of being left outside for most of his life, but that's all a thing of the past now. Baxter is happy, healthy, and he loves life and everyone in it. Baxter is very outgoing and friendly, and he's always happy to meet new people. He is very puppyish and curious and has such a great personality. He is strong and could use a little training with leash walking, but he is very well behaved inside and he sits nicely when asked and is very gentle. Baxter is playful and fun-loving and would love a home with a nice yard to exercise in. He likes other dogs but is a bit dominant with them, and he loves all people. Baxter would bring so much happiness to the good family that offers him a home. File#26759 9/20/16
(UPDATE 11/8: Baxter was recently diagnosed with luxating patellas and early hip dysplasia, which he will need supplements for indefinitely)
