Jack's Story...
Jack is looking for a playmate! If you are searching for companionship for your cuurent pup, check out Jack! He LOVES other dogs. Get your holiday decorating finished while they play and wear each other out 😁

"Hi, my name is Jack! I''m hanging out here at the Robinson Home for Wayward Pups while my forever family looks for me. My foster Dad says I need to settle down a bit to get adopted, but I just can't help myself! Now that I'm free from living on a chain, I'm making up for lost time! I love people, especially kids! I'm not sure about cats-never been around them. If you and your family have a lot of energy, or have a furry friend that needs a romping buddy, please don't overlook me!

A $175.00 adoption donation helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases, microchipped and vaccinated for rabies, distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites if needed. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as surgeries and dentals. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack, a Staunton Boxer/Redbone Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Redbone Coonhound for sale in Staunton, or seeking a Boxer/Redbone Coonhound dog from a breeder in Staunton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staunton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staunton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Redbone Coonhound breeders who help with Boxer/Redbone Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staunton paves the way for another one to be saved.
