Victoria's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Victoria's Story...
This little sweetheart was pulled from animal control. She spent 6 days there after her owners surrendered her because they were moving. She was panicking in the shelter, so a kind-hearted shelter employee contacted us to see if we could help

Victoria has had shots, but we will need to have her spayed before she can be adopted. We will do that as soon as we can get an appointment. She is a long-haired Chihuahua, estimated to be about 2 years old and she weighs about 5 lbs. She is so sweet and started giving kisses within moments of being taken from the shelter.

We have not had her long enough to evaluate for ourselves, but her surrender form says she is good with children, other dogs and cats.

If you would like to give Victoria a home, please visit our website: www.jojosdoghouse.com and download an application, or email jojosdogrescue @gmail.com and we will send you an application. Adoption fee is $250, which includes spay, heart worm and parasite prevention, up-to-date vaccinations and microchip with lifetime registration

Please visit our Facebook page JoJo's DogHouse (non-profit) to learn more about us and see many of the dogs we have rescued. We hope you'll join JoJo's family of adopters!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Victoria, a Gallatin Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Gallatin, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Gallatin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gallatin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gallatin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gallatin paves the way for another one to be saved.
