Lady Liberty, aka Libby is an 8 lb, energetic, 1 1/2 yr. old female Shih Tzu. This beauty came to us from a shelter, matted, underweight & terrified. She has made great strides in a few short months and her huge personality is starting to shine. This funny little girl is smart, sassy, strong willed and loving. Her favorite things are belly rubs, cuddles, long walks, tennis balls and bully sticks. She is excellent on a leash and doing well with her house training skills. She would do best in a home with older children and with a human who is dog savvy and willing to take the lead.
