Toby's Story...
Hi all! My name is Toby. I was rescued from a shelter in Anderson, SC by AMMAR on the very day that the folks at the shelter said would be my last...Boy was that my lucky day! I have been with these nice people since July and am ready to be part of your family! I'm a young boy at only 2-3 and although I'm big I think of it as there's more of me to love ❤️ I've been told that I'm a Majestic Hound, part bloodhound, part coonhound, and I get along GREAT with everyone and every dog that I meet. I am already neutered and UTD on all of my shots. I just hope that someone sees me and falls in love...I want to fall in love too! And I can't wait to finally be home! I am good with kids and other dogs.

We are not sure of his breed background, but we think he may be Black and Tan Coonhound/Bloodhound mixed with Lab.

UTD on vaccines
Minimum adoption donation is $300. 00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Toby, a Dunmore Black and Tan Coonhound/Bloodhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Black and Tan Coonhound/Bloodhound for sale in Dunmore, or seeking a Black and Tan Coonhound/Bloodhound dog from a breeder in Dunmore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dunmore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dunmore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Black and Tan Coonhound/Bloodhound breeders who help with Black and Tan Coonhound/Bloodhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dunmore paves the way for another one to be saved.
