Gomez's Story...
Do you need to laugh? Often and much? Then, silly GOMEZ is for YOU!! This boy is the most outgoing, energetic, and social feline I've ever met... and it's been MANY!! Gomez is known for jumping on your back, when you bend over to pick up something from the floor, or leap on to your shoulder if you're within distance. Do you have pull ties on your hoodie or robe? You may have to tuck those in when you meet this boy! And Gomez LOVES the company of other cats, too... in fact, he will do best in a home with at least one other, friendly male. He's great around kids, too... and, although we haven't tested him, I'll put money on him getting along famously with dogs, as well. Gomez is also a lover boy who isn't stingy on the kisses and purrs upon contact. Meet, Gomez, and fall in L-O-V-E ! ! !

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gomez, a Sherman Oaks Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Sherman Oaks, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Sherman Oaks.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sherman Oaks already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sherman Oaks breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sherman Oaks paves the way for another one to be saved.
