Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Cupcake ! This girl was rescued by ADA after living in a home with 25 other dogs. She came to us with hardly any hair and never socialized. She has been in a foster home for sometime learning how to live with people and not just dogs. She still has to work on housetraining and humans loving on her. BUT with special treats she will stand on her head for you. She will even take her paw and try to take food out of your hand. Cupcake is a border collie/? mix and not very large (25 lbs). Her tail is twisted in a curly Q and still growing hair.
If your looking for a winter project with a lot of reward this girl is for you. Cupcake is looking for a person that will understand her shy ways, learning to go outside to the bathroom instead of on newspapers and that people can be good. It would help if another dog is in the house because she bonds to dogs first.
$175.00 adoption donation ($200 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough) , microchipped and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites if needed. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as surgeries and dentals.
