Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If you think he would be the perfect new addition to your family, please submit an Adoption Application so his foster mom can contact you. The Application is not a commitment.

**IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ - Due to the nature of our adoption process, this foster is only able to consider forever families within 20 miles of zip code 75074. A vet reference and trial adoption will be done before the adoption is finalized. Thank you for your understanding.
Jackson is a 2-year-old boy that looks like a Jack Russel Terrier / Mini Schnauzer / Yorkie mix. He is always so happy to get attention from everyone and full of energy. He enjoys long walks as much as he enjoys laying on the couch being petted. He is fairly playful and is used to being in a pack, though he would be okay as an only dog in the home as well. If he sees someone is not busy, he wastes no time in bringing a ball to get you to play fetch with him or to ask to be petted. He is also incredibly smart; he learned to use the doggy door at his foster home within minutes of being in the house. Jackson is crate trained and potty trained and would love to find his forever home. Since he is not the most coordinated of dogs, we think it would be best for him to be in a family with no kids under 6 years of age for him to trip by accident. If you are looking for a cheerful and loyal companion, submit an application at furryfriendsanimalrescue.org.
Anyone interested in our dogs must be over 21. We are only able to adopt to homes within a reasonable driving distance of the dog's foster home and please be prepared for a home visit by one of our volunteers. We do not adopt on first-come-first-served basis, we want to make sure the dog is right for the family and vice versa based on what we know about the dog's personality, habits and behaviors. Our adoption fee for dogs is $175. You can complete an online adoption application on our website http://www.furryfriendsanimalrescue.org- we will get back with you asap.
