Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This little girl is Sari (pronounced “sorry”), she is 5 months old and weighs 18 pounds now. She should be in the 30-45 pound range when she grows up. Sari is a sweet little girl and is good with bigger dogs and smaller dogs. She is doing great at her housetraining but will need a home that has the ability to get her out every 4-5 hours through the day until she gets older, she sleeps through the night. Sari is a typical puppy and alternates between wanting to play and cuddle.
Sari is the best kind of dog – a mutt. She came into rescue as an owner surrender. The folks who surrendered her have Sari’s mom who is a little German Shepherd Heeler mix, the dad was a stray who wandered up. We aren’t sure what breed he is, maybe a Pointer of a Spaniel mix. We have pictures of both.
Sari is spayed, microchipped, has had her rabies vaccination, and the first of three required distemper vaccinations. Adopters will be responsible for the last two distemper vaccinations on 12/21 and 1/18.
If you would like to meet Sari, please start the adoption process by completing the adoption application on our website: www.furfunrescue.org. If you have questions about Sari please contact rox@furfunrescue.org or call 319-929-6657.
