Fur Fun Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, foster-based dog rescue centered in Eastern Iowa and founded in September 2014. Our goal is to match dogs in need, fosters who care, and homes that are looking for the perfect addition.
We are a foster based organization that serves the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City corridor area.
Adoption steps
- Submit Application
- Please fill out the adoption application on our website: furfunrescue.org.
- Meet the Pet
- After we recieve your application we will set up a time for you to meet the dog your are interested in.
- Approve Application
- After meeting the dog if you want to adopt we are going to process your application and do a home visit.
Additional adoption info
We always do meeet and greets and make sure dogs do well together prior to an adoption. Our dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly prevention.
