Rodney's Story...
Hi! My name is Rodney. I'm a 5 month old Domestic Short Hair. I have been neutered, de-wormed, micro-chipped, and I have received my vaccinations. I will still require a rabies vaccine after I am adopted.

I am a crazy, funny, entertaining little kitten. I like to jump around and surprise my toys, and the staff too when they're least expecting it! What I would love most in a new home is people to love me, and then a lot of space to run, because I love to run. Be prepared to have toys to entertain me, and for me to be running in and around your feet. I can be a little bit of a trouble maker, but I make up for it in cuteness and love. So if I sound like the ball of energy you've been looking for, then I'm your guy. Come and visit me today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rodney, a Lloydminster Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Lloydminster, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Lloydminster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lloydminster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lloydminster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lloydminster paves the way for another one to be saved.
