Breed: Dutch cross
Size: Small size male
Reason in Rescue: Dipper was rescued after someone purchased him and dumped him in an open wire hutch in the middle of winter. The person ended up not wanting to take care of him, so one of our volunteers picked him up and we will be finding him a new home!
Personality: Dipper is in a foster home right now and though he's very thin, he is super sweet and seems to love humans! His foster mom says, " he is the most sweetest little thing. He loves to cuddle and snuggle. I'm thinking his name might be dipper (from a cartoon). Right now he's a little dipper but he'll be a big dipper soon." Dipper will be neutered and looked over by a vet prior to adoption, and his foster will get his weight up. Dipper is located in West Virginia, but we will work out his adoption anywhere locally or in WV.
Friends: Dipper is a good candidate to be bonded to a spayed female!
Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2'). Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption. Suggested adoption donation is $60 which includes his neuter and microchip.
