Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Camembert
Born ~August 2016, Female Red and Brown Tabby DSH
Special $75 adoption fee
I am always drawn to cats who have red tabby stripes alternating with brown tabby stripes. Camembert is one of a lovely litter that had to be out of the shelter by 8:00 the night I got them. Since no other rescue was there for them, I am so glad I said yes. What treasures! We called this litter of four girl kittens “The Cheese Gitls." They are Camembert (Cami), Gouda, Ricotta (Ricki), and Pepper Jack (Pepper). Camembert is the last one of these beautiful girls. She needs to go to her home as I think she is a little sad and unsettled to be left behind. She is a cat friendly kitty.
There is no reason other than chance that she is the last one of this group.I have always thought she was the most striking looking. I particularly love her luminous green eyes. She is a very finely detailed, beautiful girl with wonderful banding of alternating red and black stripes on her front legs. Such dramatic, exuberant markings .There is a photo below of her leg markings. She is a walking work of art.
Cami is very loving kitty and likes to be held and cuddled and has a lot of trust in humans. She is also an adventurer, a mischievous troublemaker, and the world is her toy.
Camembert eats wet and dry food and is litterbox perfect.
Her foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.
Contact Harriet at (831) 336-2983 or toharrietjane@comcast.net if you have questions, or send an Adoption Application. If you are unable to reach Harriet by phone or email, email us at Info@purebredsplus.org.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interest!
