Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mary was rescued from a local dog pound in May 2016. She had a skin infection but after a little TLC and a great vet, her skin issue is cleared up. She does have some permanently missing hair on her legs due to the skin infection not being treated in a timely manner but you can't really tell. She was so neglected by whoever had her previously that she had bad ear infections which again, we were able to clear up and she had dry eyes so badly that were never treated that we do believe she lost some eye sight. She will require over the counter eye drops twice a day for the rest of her life. As long as she continues to receive her inexpensive eye drops, no other vet expense should arise from her dry eye issue.
Mary LOVES LOVES LOVES to go for walks. If you want to get out and go for walks, SHE IS YOUR GIRL!! She is fine with kids, fine with dogs and totally ignores cats; even the ones that snarl and bat at her when she sniffs them. She is crate trained although probably doesn't need to be. She is house trained and her foster home says "Mary is a really easy dog."
Mary has waited a very long time for a FURever home and has watched other dogs go home, when will it be her turn?
