What do you call a dog who's as comfortable as your favorite comfort food? "Maggeroni and Cheese", which is the nickname her foster family has given her because Maggie is so comfortable wherever she goes!!
You might think Maggie is running for mayor, the way she smiles at everyone on her walks and stops to say Hello to everyone she sees! Or you might think Maggie is a lady of leisure, the way she loves to sleep in in the morning and cozy up on a chair in the afternoons. Maggie charms everyone -- people and other dogs -- and the way she loves girls of both species, you might say her motto is "Girl Power". It's not that she doesn't like men, because she LOVES snuggling with her foster dad and her foster brothers, and she loves to play with the male dogs at her foster home. She just finds an instant bond with girls -- it's really kinda cute!! She's a little bit of a goofball, and she can be a well-meaning klutz, but it's only because she really loves to be where the action is, which she defines as anywhere
you are! Maggie is about a year old, she's a lanky 50 pounds -- a "mini-Lab"!! -- and she's a very healthy girl. Because of how social she is and how much she adores dogs, we are specifically looking to find her a home with another dog. (For her, life is just better with a dog -- sound familiar??!!)
