My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello Friends,
We would like to introduce ourselves. We are Casey and Crosby, also known as the Dynamic Duo. We are two handsome and happy little guys who are also the best of friends. Our foster Mom wants you to know that we are a fun-loving pair who are friendly and affectionate to everyone we meet. (Of course, Mom, that’s because we love people.) We give lots of kisses and are incredibly sweet!
She says we are as playful and loving as any two little guys can possibly be.
I, Casey am 6 years old and a bit smaller, but I am in charge. I am a little more outgoing and social. My Buddy Crosby is 4 and a bit shyer, but he is also funnier. He is really good at making Mom laugh, and that makes us happy because we both want to please Mom. We are learning commands (Crosby has mastered several already) and are working hard on our housebreaking! She calls us her snuggle bunnies (silly Mom, we’re not bunnies, we’re furkids!).
You might wonder how two handsome, social, loyal and affectionate guys like us, ended up in rescue. Well, I’ll tell you a very sad story about how we lost both our family and our home. You see, one day my mom and dad were putting lots of stuff in boxes and carrying them out to the car. Crosby and I were waiting quietly because we thought we were going on a great adventure. But then they just closed the door. and we heard the car drive away. We were left in our empty home with no food or water, no leashes, collars, toys or any comforts. We barked for days but they never came back. Luckily for us, a neighbor heard us and contacted a rescue. She picked us up and then, here comes the good part, our Aunties at Bichon furkids came to get us and we became Furkids.
Now life couldn’t be better. We have the love of our wonderful foster family, two great kids and two doggy foster brothers to give us support and comfort. According to Dad, we have blossomed (not sure what that means, but I’m pretty sure its good). He says that despite all that we have been through we are loving, give lots of kisses and look for any opportunity to cuddle. But just because we love to cuddle doesn’t mean we are couch-potatoes, no siree. We love our walks and enjoy going for rides in the car. Being the gentlemen we are, we’re always well behaved.

Mom and Dad say that we are a delightful and fun-loving pair who are friendly and affectionate to everyone we meet. They say everyone who meets us falls in love instantly! It’s true, we love people big and small, other dogs and of course, each other!

Did I mention that we are looking for a Forever Family? We are! – A home where we can love and be loved, go on walks and rides and be the best companions ever. Of course, we have to be adopted together ’cause we are a bonded pair!

If we sound like your kind of boys, please complete an application for us. Nothing would make us happier than to meet you!

Sending kisses and cuddles,

Charming, clever and comical Casey and Crosby
